West Malibu Equestrian Centers
The two Centers shall serve as a state-of-the-art facilities for homeowners who partake in the community’s horseback adventures. Miles of horse trails will be linked with existing trails of the Santa Monica Mounts Conservancy, where guided trail rides, overnight backcountry trips and wagon and sleigh rides are all available.
Center 1 shall feature a 250-by-250 foot indoor arena from which riders can exit to an outdoor pen, an outdoor oval exhibition riding area and open trails.
Center 2 shall feature two split 100-by-100 foot outdoor areans, allowing for world-class showmanship.
Both facilities shall be flexible enough to accommodate Dressage, English and western riding activities and was designed and built to create the ultimate riding experience. Amenable features include horse trailer parking, a horse-related laundry area for trainers, restrooms, trophy cases and a member viewing lounge with a fireplace. The facility is complete with an on-site manager and an office and on-site trainers with their own living quarters.
